BARBARA KALLENBERG

Christophe Guye Gallery is a contemporary art gallery founded in 2006 by Christophe Guye that has since represented national and international artists who consider the medium of photography within the larger context of current art practice, including Nick Knight, Miles Aldridge, Jung Lee, Roger Ballen, and Erik Madigan Heck. Primarily on view are conceptual artists who express their vision through the use of a camera or light-sensitive materials. Thus, the works of emerging talent, as well as those of established artists, contribute to the historical discourse of art as well as the expanding medium of photography and the development of contemporary art in general.
